Five-day intensive short courses for executives taught in the heart of London. Courses cover executive-level training by our leading faculty in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Negotiation and Decision Making, Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Please note, applicants with a foundation degree will need to supplement this qualification with at least 60 credits at level 6 in order to attain an equivalent single qualification. Entrepreneurial talent is being developed through a mini-enterprise activity in S2, and then, more substantially, with the Young Enterprise Scheme allowing S5/6 pupils to take full control of a business. We are very proud of the success of our pupils in all of these areas .

This module introduces students to the fundamental concepts and principles of economics and provides an essential underpinning for more advanced study of economics and economic issues. Theme 2 is covered in year 11 and examines how a business develops beyond the start-up phase. It focuses on the key business concepts, issues and decisions used to grow a business, with an emphasis on aspects of marketing, operations, finance and human resources. It also considers the impact of the wider world on the decisions a business makes as it grows. The specification is structured into two themes, taking students from how entrepreneurs start businesses through to growing and global businesses . The students are assessed at the end of year 11 through two equally weighted exam papers, focusing on each specification theme.
